Take a deep breath in… and gently let it out.
As you settle in, feel the ground beneath you — steady, supportive — just like the people and blessings in your life.
With each inhale, invite a sense of calm.
With each exhale, release tension and worry.
Now, bring to mind one thing you’re truly grateful for today — it could be a person, a moment, or simply the warmth of this season.
Hold it gently in your heart.
Let that feeling of gratitude expand — like a quiet warmth spreading through your chest.
In this moment, there’s nothing to do, nowhere to be. Just gratitude. Just stillness.
Take one more slow breath in… and out.
Carry this peace and thankfulness with you as you return to your day.
