1 Minute Meditation on Acceptance of the Present Moment

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
Allow your body to be supported, wherever you are.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Bring your attention to your breath.
No need to change it—just notice it.
The inhale… and the exhale.

Now begin to notice what is present in this moment.
Sensations in your body…
Sounds around you…
Thoughts passing through your mind.

There’s nothing to fix. Nothing to push away.
Simply allow everything to be as it is.

If you notice tension, see if you can soften around it.
If thoughts arise, let them come and go, like clouds moving through the sky.

Silently say to yourself:
“This moment is enough, just as it is.”

Rest here for a few breaths, allowing life to unfold without resistance.

And when you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back, carrying this sense of acceptance with you.
