First, Warrior II

Next, Tree Pose
Symbolism: Balance amidst uncertainty; rooted yet adaptable
Benefits: Improves focus and stability. Encourages patience and inner calm.
First, stand on one foot, place the sole of the other foot on your inner calf or thigh. Bring hands to heart or extend upward. Find a steady gaze.
Next, Reclining Twist
Symbolism: Letting go; a literal and metaphorical twist from the past
Benefits: Releases tension in spine and organs. Supports detoxification and emotional release.
First, lie on your back, bring one knee across the body. Extend the opposite arm and gaze in that direction. Breathe deeply and surrender to the twist.
Lastly, Child’s Pose
Symbolism: This pose is great for grounding and inner stillness.
Start with tabletop if you can, draw your big toes together and separate your knees a little wider than hips-width apart. Sit gently on your heels and melt your upper body down, allowing your head to contact the ground or a block. Relax your arms either out in front of you or along your sides. Breathe slowly and deeply for at least one minute.
— perfect for reflecting on what you're ready to release.
