Healthy Avocado Chocolate Pudding

 

Ingredients

X 2-3 avocados

½ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup agave or maples syrup, ½ tsp of vanilla extract

3 TB of almond milk or cashew, 1 TB of fresh squeezed orange

Pinch of salt 

Directions 

Add all together 

Blend well into pudding

Agave nectar, a natural sweetener derived from the agave plant, offers several potential health benefits. It's known for its lower glycemic index compared to table sugar, potentially helping with blood sugar management. It also contains insulin; a prebiotic fiber hat can support gut health. Additionally, agave contains trace amounts of vitamins C, B, and minerals like potassium, calcium, and selenium. 

Cocoa powder offers various health benefits, including improved brain function, cardiovascular health, and potentially contributing to weight management. It's also a good source of antioxidants and minerals like iron, zinc, and selenium, which support overall body function and immune system strength.
