1 Minute Meditation for Feeling Love
Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose… and breathe out through your mouth.
Let your shoulders relax.
Bring your attention to your heart area.
Imagine a warm, soft light glowing there—steady and gentle.
With each breath in, feel this light grow a little brighter.
With each breath out, let it spread kindness and care through your body.
Silently repeat:
“I am open to love.”
“I give love freely.”
“I deserve love and kindness.”
If you’d like, picture this warm light extending to others—friends, family, even yourself—without effort or expectation.
Take one more deep breath.
When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes, carrying this feeling of love with you.
