1 Minute Meditation for Embracing Stillness

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.

Let your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, and allow your body to soften.

Bring your attention to the gentle rhythm of your breath.
Inhale… calm.
Exhale… release.

As thoughts arise, acknowledge them without judgment, and let them drift like clouds across the sky.

In this moment, there is nowhere to go, nothing to do—only stillness.

Feel the quiet within you. Let it expand with each breath.

Breathe in stillness…
Breathe out tension…

And when you're ready, gently return, carrying this peace with you.
