Almond Flour Donut Holes

Ingredients:

1 cup fine almond flour 

¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt 

⅓ cup powder sweetener – Like Monk fruit with Erythritol

1 tsp cinnamon 

½ tsp baking powder 

Optional - ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Toppings:

2 tsp cinnamon 

4 tbsp sweetener – Monk fruit

 

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add your almond flour, yogurt, sweetener, cinnamon and baking powder until the dough forms. Roll your dough into balls.

  2. Line your air fryer with parchment paper.

  3. Air fry at 350F for 6-8 minutes until golden brown or Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes

  4. While they’re air frying, make your cinnamon sugar. 

  5. Coat your donuts in cinnamon sugar and enjoy! They are YUMMY!
