1 Minute Meditation for Healing the Heart
Close your eyes if it feels comfortable.
Take a slow, deep breath in…
and gently breathe out.
Again… breathe in through your nose…
and release through your mouth.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest…
your heart space.
Imagine a soft, warm light glowing there.
With every breath in, the light grows a little brighter…
a little warmer.
With every breath out, release pain… sadness… and heaviness.
Silently say to yourself:
My heart is healing.
I allow myself to feel and to release.
I am gentle with my heart.
Love is still alive within me.
Imagine this warm light wrapping around your heart…
comforting… soothing… restoring.
Take one more deep breath in…
and let the warmth spread through your whole body.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes…
carrying this softness with you.
