1 Minute Meditation for Loving-Kindness
Begin by closing your eyes or softening your gaze. Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale. Let your body relax.
Now, bring to mind someone you love, someone who brings you joy. Picture their face and silently say:
"May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be safe.
May you live with ease."
Take another slow breath. Now, turn those same wishes inward. Gently say to yourself:
"May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I be safe.
May I live with ease."
Take one more deep breath… and when you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
