One Minute Meditation for Positivity
Take a deep breath in through your nose… and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop and soften. Let your jaw unclench.
Now, gently bring your attention to your heart. Imagine a warm, golden light glowing there.
With every breath, feel that light grow a little brighter… a little warmer.
Silently say to yourself:
“I am grounded. I am grateful. I welcome joy.”
Take another slow, deep breath.
Let any tension melt away with the exhale.
Feel that golden light expanding — filling your chest, your arms, your whole body.
Know that this light is your own inner peace, always within reach.
Now, gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers. Smile softly. You’re ready for the rest of your day.
