One Minute Meditation Script for Releasing Fear

 

Settle into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and sigh it out through your mouth.

 

Notice where fear lives in your body—
maybe in your chest, your belly, your throat.
You don’t need to fix it. Just notice.

 

As you inhale, imagine breathing in steadiness.
As you exhale, imagine fear loosening its grip,
like a knot slowly untangling.

 

Picture your breath as a soft wave—
each exhale carrying fear away,
each inhale bringing a sense of safety.

 

Silently say to yourself:
“I am safe in this moment.”
Again: “I am safe right now.”

 

Take one more deep breath in…
and as you breathe out, let your body soften.
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes,
grounded, steady, and here.
