1-Minute Meditation – Letting Go
Take a deep breath in... and slowly exhale.
Allow your eyes to close gently, and bring your attention to your body sitting here, now.
Breathe in deeply... and as you exhale, imagine releasing the weight you’ve been carrying.
Let go of the tension in your shoulders, your jaw, your hands.
Now, gently bring to mind something you’re ready to release — a thought, a feeling, a habit, or a story that no longer serves your growth.
Acknowledge it... thank it for whatever role it played... and with your next exhale, imagine it dissolving, drifting away like smoke in the wind.
Inhale calm…
Exhale release.
Feel the lightness within you.
Know that you have the power to let go and move forward, clear and free.
Take one more deep breath… and when you're ready, gently open your eyes.
