1-Minute Meditation: Releasing Fear

Take a deep breath in… and gently exhale.
Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw soften.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Now, breathe in deeply through your nose…
And as you exhale, imagine releasing any fear or tension you're holding.
Let it flow out with your breath, like a dark cloud dissolving into the air.

Say silently to yourself:
“I acknowledge my fear… and I let it go.”
“I am safe. I am grounded. I am in control.”

Take one more deep breath in…
And release.
Feel the stillness.
Feel the strength that remains after fear has gone.

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes.
Carry this calm with you.
