3 modified yoga poses focused on Self-love, Kindness, and Emotional Openness - safe, calming, and beginner friendly.

First is Seated Heart Opener with Support

  • Sit cross-legged or on a chair.

  • Place a folded blanket or pillow behind your lower back.

  • Gently lift your chest and roll your shoulders back.

  • Rest one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

  • Breathe slowly for 5–8 breaths.

This posture opens the chest in a soft, non-intense way, helping you connect with calm, caring emotions.

Next is Reclined Butterfly with Props

  • Lie on your back with the soles of your feet together, knees falling outward.

  • Support your knees with pillows or blocks.

  • Place a hand on your heart or hug a pillow to your chest.

  • Close your eyes and breathe gently.

Lastly is Heart-Supportive Child’s Pose

This pose supports self-compassion & comfort.

·         Kneel on the mat and bring your big toes together, knees wide.

  • Place a bolster, pillow, or folded blanket under your chest.

  • Fold forward and rest your forehead on the support.

  • Wrap your arms around the bolster as if giving yourself a hug.
