Place a folded blanket or pillow behind your lower back.
Gently lift your chest and roll your shoulders back.
Rest one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Breathe slowly for 5–8 breaths.
This posture opens the chest in a soft, non-intense way, helping you connect with calm, caring emotions.
Next is Reclined Butterfly with Props
Lie on your back with the soles of your feet together, knees falling outward.
Support your knees with pillows or blocks.
Place a hand on your heart or hug a pillow to your chest.
