Strawberry Almond Flour Blossom Cookies

These healthy strawberry almond-flour blossom cookies are my new holiday baking obsession! They’re naturally sweet, gluten-free, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy festive treats without the flare-ups. Soft, simple, and full of berry goodness—your immune system will thank you.

 

Makes 2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberry almond flour

  • 1/4 cup agave

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 24 Hershey Kisses

Instructions

1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix the dough: In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry almond flour, agave, and melted coconut oil. Mix well until cohesive dough forms.

3. Shape the cookies: Roll the dough into 24 small balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake: 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Remove from oven.

5. Press a chocolate kiss onto the center of each cookie immediately.

6. Cool: Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack. The texture will set as they cool.

7. Drizzle: with Strawberry Frosting. Yummy!
