One Minute Meditation to Help You Stay Focused
Begin by finding a comfortable position. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Inhale deeply… hold for a moment… and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let’s do that again. Inhale deeply… hold… and exhale slowly.
As you breathe, bring your attention to the sensation of your breath. Feel the cool air entering your nose, filling your lungs, and the warm air leaving your body.
If your mind begins to wander, that’s okay. Acknowledge the thought and gently guide your focus back to your breath.
Now, visualize a calm, clear space, perhaps a serene lake or a quiet forest. Imagine yourself in this place, feeling calm and focused. Let that feeling of clarity fill your mind.
Take one last deep breath in… hold… and exhale fully. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of focus with you throughout your day.
