1 Minute Meditation for Courage & Confidence

Take a slow breath in…
and gently breathe out.

Again… breathe in through your nose…
and release slowly through your mouth.

Allow your shoulders to soften…
your jaw to unclench…
your body to settle.

Bring your attention to your heart.

Silently say to yourself:
I am safe in this moment.

Take another slow breath in…
and imagine breathing in strength.

As you breathe out, release fear and doubt.

Feel a quiet power growing inside you.

Repeat in your mind:

I am capable.
I am brave.
I trust myself.
I can face whatever comes.

Picture yourself standing tall… calm… steady… confident.

Take one final deep breath in…
and as you exhale, carry this courage with you.

Gently open your eyes when you're ready.
