1 Minute Meditation for a Positive New Year

Take a comfortable seat and gently close your eyes.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose… and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Again, inhale calm… exhale tension.

Allow your shoulders to relax.
Let your face soften.

As you breathe naturally, imagine a fresh new year unfolding in front of you—clean, open, and full of possibility.
With each inhale, invite hope, clarity, and confidence.
With each exhale, release doubt, stress, and what no longer serves you.

Silently repeat to yourself:
“I welcome growth. I welcome joy. I welcome new beginnings.”

Picture yourself moving into this year feeling grounded, capable, and proud of who you are becoming.

Take one final deep breath in…
And gently exhale.

When you’re ready, open your eyes—carrying this calm and positivity with you.
